who we are
This policy covers www.pwtdigital.co.uk, run by PWT Digital ("we", "us", "our"). If you have any questions about how your information is handled, email hello@pwtdigital.co.uk and we'll get back to you within one working day.
what we collect
The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to submit through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you're enquiring about, an approximate budget range, and your project message.
The form also includes a hidden field used to catch automated spam submissions. It isn't shown to real visitors and isn't used to identify or track you.
We use Vercel Analytics to understand overall site traffic — which pages are visited, roughly how many people visit, and general location (country/city) and device type. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't assign you a persistent identifier, and can't be used to identify you personally or track you across other websites. We don't use any other analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on this site.
how we use it
Your contact form submission is used for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to deliver the project we discuss. We don't use it for marketing, and we don't sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Our legal basis for processing this information is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries from people who have asked to hear from us, and — where a project goes ahead — to perform the contract we agree together.
how it's stored
Contact form submissions are sent directly to our own email inbox and aren't stored in a separate database by this website. Your submission then lives in our email inbox like any other message we receive.
If a project goes ahead, we'll hold the details needed to deliver and invoice it — such as your name, email, and any files or content you send us — for as long as reasonably needed to complete the work and meet our accounting obligations, then delete it when it's no longer needed.
your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to: tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct anything that's inaccurate, delete your data, or stop using it for a particular purpose. To do any of this, email hello@pwtdigital.co.uk — we'll respond within one month, as required by law.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you're entitled to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), the UK's data protection regulator.

This site links out to client websites and our own social media profiles. We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of those external sites — check their own policies before sharing information with them.

We may update this policy as the site or our tools change — for example, if we introduce analytics or a new form. The version on this page is always the current one; we'd encourage checking back periodically if you're concerned.
